Pricing questions
Is the check really free?
Yes. You can see whether you’re over-assessed, your estimated value, and your estimated annual overpayment without paying or creating an account. You only pay if you choose to file.
Do you ever take a percentage of my savings?
Never. Contingency firms take 25–50% of your first-year savings. We charge a flat fee once, and everything you save is yours.
What’s the difference between $49 and $299?
$49 gets your appeal ready to file: your comparable sales and their adjusted values, the completed form, and tracking. $299 adds the full per-comp adjustment grid and a hearing script — worth it if your case is contested and headed to a hearing.
Is there a subscription?
No. Each appeal is a one-time flat fee. We’ll re-check your property for free each year and only suggest filing again if it’s worth it.
